A: Everything you need to get started! Every website from gravitylite.com includes the following:

• A design from the design gallery.
• We'll add your logo and name to the header of the site.
• We'll update the design with the number of buttons and the names you request.
• A home page with layout of the images and text you provide.
• A contact page and form with up to 5 fields. Form submissions are delivered to an email address you specify.

The monthly service fee includes the following:

• Hosting: Your site will be hosted on our servers, which are located in a secure data center.
• Control Panel: You will have a control panel for basic account administration.
• Email: Unlimited email addresses (you@yourdomain.com), WebMail, forwarders, auto-responders, and spam filtering.
• Website Stats: A basic stats package. (We do have an option to have Google Analytics installed on your website.)

A: If you already have a domain, we'll give you the info to point it to your new site. If you don't have a domain, you can take of it during the order process.

A: Absolutely. During the order process you can add pages and give us details for customizing your menu.

A: Yes. During the order process you'll have the option of adding our LiveEdit tool to your site. With LiveEdit, you can update the main text areas of the site. It's a small investment that will allow you to update your site whenever you like. Please keep in mind that menus and other areas are complicated and you'll be better off letting us handle those changes.

A: Please see our Website Content Help Sheet (PDF) for specifics. For the most part, we need: logo, outline, photos/images, text for each page. Contact us if you have specific questions.

A: While we do have terms you must accept during the order process, you may cancel your account at any time. You can also add/remove services whenever you like.

A: We reserve the right reject any order.
